Of the total allocation approxi- <br />mately $1,327,500 would be paid by the irrigators, $750,000 from ad valo- <br />rem tax revenues, and the remaining $2,511,900 from Colorado's credits <br />in the Upper Colorado River Basin Fund. Payments by the irrigators would <br />be made at the rate of approximately $26,550 annually. The irrigators <br />also would pay their operation, maintenance, and replacement costs, esti- <br />mated at $31,850 annually. <br /> <br />Fish and Wildlife and Recreation <br /> <br />Local, non-Federal agencies would pay operation, maintenance, and <br />replacement costs of the specific recreational facilities which they op- <br />erated, and other operating costs of fish and wildlife and recreational <br />facilities would be nonreimbursable. Of the $2,790,100 in construction <br />costs and interest during construction allocated to fish and wildlife <br />and recreation, approximately $2,286,200 would be nonreimbursable and <br />$503,900 would be reimbursable with interest. Means of paying these <br />reimbursable costs would be considered in future project investigations. <br /> <br />48 <br />
