This supply would meet about 97 per- <br />cent of the project diversion requirements, estimated at 84,900 acre-feet <br />annually on the basis of an average requirement of 3.36 acre-feet per <br />acre. The increased supply provided by the project would include approx- <br />imately 27,500 acre-feet of storage releases and direct flow diversions <br />and 12,900 acre-feet of project return flow. <br /> <br />Irrigation payment capacity <br /> <br />The payment capacity of irrigators under the small development would <br />average $58,400 annually, based on the same repayment analyses previously <br />discussed. <br /> <br />Irrigation benefits <br /> <br />Irrigation benefits for the small development are estimated at an <br />average of $498,200 annually over a lOO-year period, including $256,500 <br />in direct benefits and $241,700 in indirect and public benefits.
