Water Treaty of 1944 between United States and Mexico Article 10 of the treaty prOVides, in part: "Of the waters of the Colorado River, from any and all sources, there are allotted to Mexico: "(a) A guaranteed annual quantity of 1,500,000 acre-feet (1,850,234,000 cubic meters) to be delivered in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 of this treaty. . .." Article 15 of the treaty delineates the pattern and points of I I I -I delivery of water to Mexico. Schedule I of Article 15 provides min- !mum winter deliveries on the basis of 1,000,000 acre-feet annual delivery, in the limitrophe section, as folloys: "(a) During the months of January, February, October, November, and December, the prescribed rate of delivery shall be not less than 600 cubic feet (17.0 cubic meters) nor more than 3,500 cubic feet (99.1 cubic meters) per second."
