Objectives <br /> <br /> <br />Studies conducted in connection vi th thlB report were directed <br /> <br /> <br />tovard attaining the following objectives I <br /> <br /> <br />(1) Reduction of the peak salt concentration in Colorado <br /> <br /> <br />River water del.ivered to Mexico at Morelos Dam at the <br /> <br /> <br />earliest date. <br /> <br /> <br />(2) Maintenance of adequate drainage on the \leU ton-Mohawk <br /> <br /> <br />Division and other projects downstream trom Imperial Dam <br /> <br /> <br />in Arizona and California. <br /> <br /> <br />(3) Regul.ation of vater deJ.1veries to Mexico within the <br /> <br /> <br />requirements of the master schedule and treaty <br /> <br /> <br />provisions. <br /> <br /> <br />(4) Determination ot probable future qual.ity ot vater that <br /> <br /> <br />wiU be delivered to Mexico under the plan of devel.opment <br /> <br /> <br />proposed herein. <br /> <br />6 <br />
