The <br />roles of the respective Team member firms are presented and discussed in the Team <br />Organization section of this Proposal. <br /> <br />Team Organization <br /> <br />The organization of the Project Team is presented in the Team Organization section of <br />this Proposal. <br /> <br />Coordination and Reporting <br /> <br />The Project Manager, Mr. Lee Rozak]is, will have regular responsibility for Project <br />coordination and reporting with the Project Management Team and TSC. Coordination and <br />reporting are discussed in the Team Organization and Coordination sections of this Proposal. <br /> <br />In order to ensure clear communications and reporting between the Contractors, the <br />Project Management Team and TSC, it is recommended that a single State Project Leader and <br />a TSC chairperson be designated. <br /> <br />Project Schedule <br /> <br />The Project schedule is presented in the Scheduling section of this Proposal. <br /> <br />Work Products <br /> <br />The work products of the MWSI Project will consist primarily of meetings, documents <br />(technical memoranda and reports), data sets, and a computer model. Each of these areas are <br />discussed in specific Task descriptions. Project work products will be more specifically <br />defined during the Scoping phase of the Project. <br /> <br />Work Plan <br /> <br />The work plan for this project is presented below. This work plan anticipates four <br />Proiect focus areas, each consisting of related tasks: Scoping, Information Development, <br />Modeling, and Opportunities Evaluation. <br /> <br />Assemble Technical Steering Committee <br />Purpose <br /> <br />TSC would bring together people with technical knowledge of the relevant existing <br />water supply systems to facilitate the cooperative and collaborative aspects of the Project.
