<br />On land acquired in fee, generally an growing
<br />crops may be harvested by .the owner. If that
<br />is impossible prior to its taking, the appraisal
<br />V<1lue of the crops wi.1l be allowed as part of
<br />the purchase price. Generally, buildings. fences,
<br />and timber may be removed by the OWller ~ti th an
<br />adjustment of the purchase price.

<br />ptll'chased for publ ic work projects may be
<br />. reimbursed for expenses and other losses and
<br />damages incurred as a direct result of the
<br />moving stemming from the Federal acquisition.

<br />Under our current schedule, the Bureau of Reclamation plans to
<br />start acquiring lands before July,l, 1976. Sellers should have at least
<br />two growing seasons fl'om start of negotiations before they will be
<br />required to move. A map showing the areas to be acquired is attached.
