Such facilities will include access roads, parking <br />areas, boat launching facil ities, campgrounds, picnic units, toilets, <br />water supply, shelter's, beach development, and an administrative area. <br /> <br />In addition to the above land acquired for recreation and fish and <br />wildlife. approximately 23,000 acres of lands lying within the flood <br />control pool .of Narrows Reservoir, lands adjoining Narrows Reservoir, <br />and lands adjoining Jackson Reservoir will be made available to the State <br />of Colorado for wildlife and recreation management. <br /> <br />Lands downstream from Narrows Oam will be acquired to mitigate losses <br />and damages to fish and wildlife and their habitat.
