D. DESCRIPTION OF TASKS/PARTICIPATION ROLES

1. In support of this cooperative agreement, the Bureau shall:

a. Provide data, reports, working papers, and maps from previously
published and unpublished Bureau reports on the South Platte River
for the state's use;
,

b. Assist the state in public hearings, seminars, and forums;

c. Review and approve the state's proposed performance schedule:
and

d. Assist the state in the evaluation of proposed subcontractor(s).

2. In support of this cooperative agreement, the State sha1l:

f. Prepare a draft fina1 report, incorporate comments on the draft
made by the Bureau, and submit a fina1 report.

a. Obtain South P1atte River data and other relevant data from
other Federa1 agencies; and

b. Monitor and direct subcontractor progress. Monthly progress
reports, a draft final report, and a final report sha11 be required
of the subcontractor(s).
