Performance Schedule and Oeliverables <br /> <br />A11 de1iverab1es, in five copies, sha11 be submitted to the Bureau <br />Project Office. A11 work and reports hereunder sha11 be comp1eted <br />and submitted in fina1 form no later than October 1, 1980. <br /> <br />The State's summary draft report sha11 be due no later than August 1, <br />1980. The Bureau sha11 provide its comments in writing within 30 days <br />after receipt of the draft. The final report sha11 be submitted <br />within 30 days after the State's receipt of the Bureau's comments (on <br />or about October 1, 1980). Month1y progress reports sha11 be sub- <br />mitted no later than the 15th of each month covering the previous <br />month's activities. <br /> <br />[ <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />2. Payment Provisions <br /> <br />Payments sha11 be made on a monthly basis for a11 reasonable, a110cab1e, <br />and a11owab1e costs incurred by the State for performance hereunder. <br />Invoices, in trip1icate, sha11 be submitted direct1y to the Contracting <br />Officer. Costs claimed shall be identified as State costs or subcon- <br />tractor costs and sha1l include a breakdown for direct and indirect <br />charges and profit. <br /> <br />3. Budget <br /> <br />The total estimated budget for this cooperative agreement is $250,000 <br />(cost reimburseab1e), detailed, in part, as fo110ws: <br /> <br />a. $200,000 (estimated) subcontractor costs <br />b. $9,625 (estimated) State Information/Pub1ic Affairs Specia1ist <br />(7 man-months at $1,375) <br />c. $2,000 (estimated) State trave1 expenses <br />d. State overhead reimbursement sha11 be at the rate of 8.7 percent <br />of subcontractor and State direct charges <br /> <br />4. Contracting Officer's Technica1 Representative <br /> <br />Mr. Lawrence L. Nelson is designated as the COTR (Contracting Officer's <br />Technica1 Representative) to act in a11 technical matters (on1y) <br />during the term of the cooperative agreement. The COTR and the <br />State's project manager sha11 work c1ose1y to insure that all require- <br />ments are being met. The COTR's responsibi1ities include, but are not <br />limited to, the fo11owing: <br />
