<br />of Clay Center, 4 miles downstream from Five Creeks, and at mile 42.1.
<br />
<br />'Remarks.-- Classed as pivot station for natural conditions. Flow duration relations are based on records prior to
<br />closure of Harlan County Reservoir on Nov. 14, 1952. Flow may also be somewhat affected by irrigation develop-
<br />ments and reservoirs in headwaters since 1949.
