In the early 1980's, he worked for the Soil <br />Conservation Service in the Arkansas River basin and is familiar <br />with the water resources in the basin. <br /> <br />Mr. Keith Crane has four years of engineering experience. He has <br />performed design of irrigation systems, water management services, <br />and prepared training manuals. <br /> <br />Ms. Maya ter Kuile is an agronomist with eleven years of experience <br />in agricultural production, agronomic evaluations, and economic and <br />social evaluations. she has worked in the United States and <br />foreign countries, her bachelors degree is from Oxford University <br />in England. She has considerable experience in computer <br />applications and the economics of irrigated agriculture. <br /> <br />Mr. David.Radtke is an agronomist with ten years of experience. He <br />has a Masters degree in Public Policy with emphasis on rural <br />development. He has experience in the united States and foreign <br />countries with evaluation of community impacts from agricultural <br />development. <br /> <br />Ms. Amy Benner is an agronomist with four years of experience in <br />the United states and South America. <br /> <br />Mr. Scott Nelson has seven years of experience in agriculture, <br />including a Masters in Agriculture. He has experience in <br />agriculture from the academic and farmers perspective. He was <br />superintendent of the New Mexico State Agricultural Science Center <br />and is very knowledgeable of the extension service programs. <br /> <br />AGRO has three other staff members (a pest control specialist, an <br />irrigation technician, and a secretary) who will be available to <br />perform support services that may be required. <br /> <br />Attached in Appendix A are: (1) resumes for the key AGRO <br />professionals and (2) general information about AGRO Engineering. <br /> <br />6 <br />
