Average Purchase Prices--Base Case and Actual <br /> <br />The average monthly purchase price estimates are derived from the <br />actual nonfirm energy purchase prices. With the help of the Power <br />Control staff (Montrose), some of the higher purchase prices for all <br />months that are associated directly with interim release <br />constraints, were excluded. An adjusted weighted average of <br />remaining purchase amounts and prices are rendered to calculate the <br />base case offpeak and onpeak purchase prices. <br /> <br />6 <br />
