<br />14 <br /> <br /> <br />OJl953 <br /> <br />6, The chairman shall provide PSIAC with a brief annual report describing <br />activities and accomplishments of the subcommittee not later than June <br />1st of each yeor. This report will be on a fiscal year basis for inclusion <br />in the annual report of PSIAC. <br /> <br />PROGRAM <br /> <br />1. As a means of exchanging information, each meeting shall include a <br />brief review of hydrologic progress pertinent to the Pacific Southwest <br />since the preceding meeting, incl uding summary of minutes of ICWR <br />Hydrology Subcommittee meetings, and announcements of developments <br />in each agency represented. <br /> <br />2. One meeting each year (preferably during the second quarter) shall be <br />devoted to consideration of the immediate and long-range needs for <br />hydrologic data: <br /> <br />(a) General review of hydrologic stations in PSIAC area, <br />and recommendations for improvement, <br /> <br />(b) review of procedures for special storm or flood surveys, <br />including listing of coordinators for each state and federal agency, <br /> <br />3, During each yeor the subcommittee shall assemble a bibliography of <br />hydrologic reports concerning the Pacific Southwest area that were <br />completed during the preceding calendar year--this bibliography to <br />include published and unpublished reports, and to be issued by the <br />subcommittee as an annuol supplement to the minutes. <br /> <br />4. Prepare an annual summary of revisions to the River Basin maps. <br />
