<br />and authorization to participate in the cost of reconstructing <br />transportation and utility facilities in advance of the construction <br />of the Mount Carbon project as required to preserve the site and avoid <br />increased cost. <br /> <br />It is also noted that the Board recommends that the Chief of Engineers <br />be authorized to reimburse the highway department for the added costs <br />of relocating State Route (FAP 16) even though construction of the <br />highway may be initiated. because of urgent traffic needs, prior to <br />authorization of the Mount Carbon project.
