It is the intent of these <br />consultation meetings to discuss the results of the public <br />review. Supplemental newsletters may be published during this <br />consultation period to keep the public informed of activities or <br />new developments. These additional newsletters will be <br />Newsletters No. 3a, b. c. etc. <br /> <br />Proposed Decision <br /> <br />A Reclamation mUlti-disciplinary review team will review and <br />analyze the data from comments received and the consultation with <br />the states representatives to recommend a Proposed Decision for <br />presentation to the commissioner. The Proposed Decision document <br />will then be transmitted to the Commissioner for approval and to <br />the Seven Colorado River Basin States representatives for their <br />information. The Commissioner will then send the document to the <br />secretary of the Interior for final approval. <br /> <br />Second Federal Reaister Notice <br /> <br />The second Federal Reaister Notice, containing the Proposed <br />Decision and the response to comments, and a News Release, will <br />be published. The Federal Reaister Notice will be sent to the <br />public for their comments. The comment period on this <br />information packet will be 30/60 days. <br /> <br />Newsletter No. 4 <br /> <br />copies of the second Federal Reaister Notice and the Proposed <br />Decision will be included and the public will be invited to <br />comment. <br /> <br />5 <br />
