<br />. Producing and distributing progress reports and newsletters <br />. Producing and submitting required Federal Register notices for publication <br />. Keeping the administrative record and maintaining project files <br />. Coordinating with the Service for Section 7 consultation on endangered <br />species and to satisfy Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act requirements <br />. Coordinating and assuring appropriate public involvement and participation in <br />the project <br />. Coordinating contractual service procurement and efforts <br />. Advising the project sponsors with regard to work plan and schedule changes, <br />budget needs, and other administrative and project management matters <br /> <br />The management team will attempt to resolve conflicts and disputes that may arise over the <br />management and administration of the EIS, In the event that the management team cannot reach <br />agreement. the issue will be referred to the project sponsors, <br /> <br />Interdisciplinary (Core) Team <br /> <br />The Interdisciplinary, or "Core", Team comprises managers and technical specialists <br />representing the various disciplines needed to prepare the NEP A documents, Each major resource <br />category will have a designated Reclamation coordinator (Resource Manager) who will be <br />responsible for the coordination of the impact analysis. schedule, budget, and related needs of <br />her/his assigned resource, In addition. the assigned Resource Manager will also be responsible for <br />coordination, and analytical and procedural issues related to the preparation of the NEP A document <br />when this work is being performed by a cooperating agency, <br /> <br />The Management Team will provide overall leadership for the Interdisciplinary Team, <br />Interdisciplinary Team meetings will be open public meetings. <br /> <br />The Interdisciplinary Team will be responsible for: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Developing, evaluating, and screening flow implementation alternatives <br />Coordinating and directing technical teams <br />Providing information to support the public involvement program <br />Drafting and assembling the reservoir operations EIS <br />Reviewing and responding to comments on the draft reservoir operations EIS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Interdisciplinary Team will attempt to resolve conflicts or disputes of a technical nature <br />that arise with respect to the project. If the interdisciplinary team is unable to reach agreement in a <br />timely fashion, the matter will be referred to the Management Team, <br /> <br />12 <br />
