PROCESS / PROGRAM MANAGEMENT <br /> <br />Production and management of the Navajo Reservoir Operations EIS is the sole <br />responsibility of Reclamation, To facilitate this process, the following organization groups have <br />been defined, <br /> <br />Project Sponsors <br /> <br />The Project Sponsors consist of Carol DeAngelis. Sue Moyer, Brent Uilenberg and Ed <br />Warner ofReclamation's Western Colorado Area Office, The project sponsors shall have overall <br />responsibility for accomplishing the project by allocating staff and funding resources. providing <br />guidance to staff, reviewing progress, and coordinating among the cooperating agencies, The <br />project sponsors will resolve any disputes or conflicts referred to them by the management team, <br /> <br />EIS Management Team <br /> <br />An EIS Management Team has been established to coordinate the day-to-day NEPA process, <br />including development and implementation of the Plan of Approach and Scope of Work which <br />address the tasks of public scoping. development of alternatives, impact assessments, document <br />preparation, and public involvement. The management team will work directly with the assigned <br />representatives of the cooperating agencies and other key stakeholders on the interdisciplinary team, <br />The EIS Management Team consists of Ed Warner, Steve McCall. Ken Beck and Kathleen Ozga of <br />the Western Colorado Area Office, <br /> <br />The management team will have primary responsibility for: <br /> <br />. Overall coordination of project activities <br />. Formation of an interdisciplinary NEPA team and supporting technical work <br />teams <br />. Leading the interdisciplinary NEPA team <br />. Work planning <br />. Budget and schedule tracking <br />. Day-to-day coordination with cooperating agencies <br />. Ensuring adequate communication and information exchange among all <br />parties involved in preparing the EIS, as well as the public <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />01282 <br />
