For the recent four-year low <br /> <br /> <br />flow period, 1953-1956, the river flow at the Bluff station averaged 80,300 <br /> <br /> <br />acre feet per year less than the water leaving the State of Colorado. <br /> <br />-7- <br /> <br />"",:C' <br />
