<br />321.390 Short title. NRS 321.390 to 321.470, inclusive, may be
<br />known and citcd as thc Eldorado Valley Devclopment Law.

<br />321.400 Definitions. As used in NRS 321.390 to 321.470, inclu-
<br />sive:
<br />1. "Advisory group" means theEldorado Valley advisory group.
<br />2. "Commission" means the Colorado River commission of
<br />Nevada.

<br />321.410 Acquisition of certain lands by Colorado River commis-
<br />sion lLuthorized.
<br />1. The commission is authorized and empowered on behalf of the
<br />State of Nevada to purchase or otherwise acquire from the Fcderal
<br />Government all or any portion of the lands described in subsection
<br />2, at intervals during any period \vhen such purchase can be made
<br />as provided by Congress, including any extension of time granted
<br />by the Secretary of the Interior, and have such lands patcntcd to it
<br />upon paymcnt of the appraised valuc thereof, as determined by the
<br />Secretary of the Interior, or-otherwise. .
<br />2. 'l'he lands referred to in subsection 1 are described as follows:
<br />Parcell. All of sout.h half, township 23 south, range 63 east, with
<br />the exception of the following areas: East. half section 22; four
<br />5-acre tracts located in scction 26 and described as follows: South
<br />half southeast qua.rter northwest quarter northwest quarter, north
<br />half northeast. quarter southwest. quarter northwest. quarter, north half
<br />sout.hwcst quarter nort.heas-t quartcr nort.hwest quart.er and south half
<br />southwest quarter 1l00rthwest quarter northwest quarter; and those
<br />portions of the northeast quarter section 23, and no.rth half section
<br />24, wit.hin the Lake Mead National Rccreation area.

<br />63:~~ cast.
<br />Parcel 3. All of sections 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34, township
<br />23 south, range 64 cast.

<br />Parcel 5. All of southeast quarter of township 24 south, range
