been delayed until later in 1995. A new proposal will be submitted in
spring 1995 for cataloguing remaining collections and expansion of
collection shelving in FY 96, and for annual, ongoing support of
collection care and management.

X. Status of Data Submission (where applicable): Most data for
collections catalogued and maintained by LFL should already be in
Database Management Program files. The on-line catalogue'or a hardcopy
printout of the catalogue at the conclusion of the project can be used
to verify the existence of those files and create any that are missing
(e.g" collection data from the period prior to establishment of the
Database Management Program). In the process of cataloguing
collections, errors are sometimes found and corrected. These
corrections will be forwarded to the Database Manager
