Water Quality--Water quality meets minimum criteria for primary <br />contact recreation except where such criteria could be exceeded by <br />natural background conditions and esthetics and capable of <br />supporting propagation of aquatic life normally adapted to habitat <br />of the stream. <br /> <br />The protective withdrawal for this section of the IX:llores River expired in <br />1981. At the most, the proposed test well would affect less than 0.9 mile of <br />the proposed wild and scenic river corridor.
