<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />5.5 Response <br /> <br />The offeror shall respond to section 5 in his proposal with (1) <br />general conceptual approach and description of his capability, and (2) specific <br />response to the following: <br /> <br />a. A discussion of how the offeror plans to approach the <br />problem. <br /> <br />b. An activity network and a description of each activity. <br />The activity network will show all the activities of 2 <br />weeks or more duration necessary to accomplish the major <br />events identified in sections 5.2, 5.3, and 5.4. <br /> <br />c. Time, but not cost, required to complete each activity. <br />The cost estimates for these activities should be presented <br />separately in the Cost Proposal. <br /> <br />d. Number of personnel by discipline to be utilized, broken <br />out by monthly activity. <br /> <br />The proposal and activity network should specifically <br />describe the offeror's program for sections 5.2, 5.3, and 5.4. <br /> <br />6 . WORK STATEMENT PHASE II WORK <br /> <br />6.1 Establishing Phase II Work <br /> <br />Depending on circumstances which develop during Phase I, Water <br />and Power retains the option to exercise any of the following: <br /> <br />a. Water and Power may not continue with the contract after <br />completion of Phase I. <br /> <br />b. Continue performance in Phase II with the same contractor <br />who performed Phase I. <br /> <br />c. Continue performance in Phase II with another contractor, <br />with whom another separate contract would be executed. <br /> <br />6.1.1 Phase II Requirements <br /> <br />Within 50 days after the Plan Selection meeting described <br />ln sections 5.3.4 and 5.4.3, Water and Power will provide the contractor <br />with a list of features, design data collection criteria, design standards, <br />and environmental data collection requirements as described in sections <br />6.2.1 and 6.2.2. <br /> <br />D-12 <br />
