<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />5.4.2 Public Participation Meeting <br /> <br />For the public participation meeting described in section <br />5.3.3.1, the contractor will be required to array and present to the public <br />the information requested by section 5.3.2.2 as illustrated by examples 1 and <br />2. The summary material to be presented will be made available to Water and <br />Power 30 days prior to the meeting. In addition to a verbal presentation, <br />summaries of the material presented should be made available for distribution <br />at the meeting. One hundred copies of this material will be required for the <br />Public Participation Meeting. The contractor will have qualified representa- <br />tives at this meeting to explain and answer questions about the alternative <br />plans. <br /> <br />5.4.3 Plan Selection Meeting <br /> <br />For this meeting the contractor will make available to Water <br />and Power and be prepared to present to the public the information requested <br />in section 5.3.4.2. Summaries of the material to be distributed at the <br />meeting should be made available to Water and Power 20 days prior to the <br />meeting. One hundred copies of this material will be required for the Plan <br />Selection Meeting. Contractor representation as required for section 5.4.2 is <br />also required for this meeting. <br /> <br />5.4.4 Phase I Report <br /> <br />Upon completion of Phase I investigations as determined by <br />Water and Power, the contractor will prepare and submit to Water and Power <br />within 50 days a draft report, which will incorporate results of all Phase I <br />activities into a single volume. Water and Power will provide the contractor <br />an outline 90 days after award of contract. It is anticipated that the report <br />would total approximately 150 pages, typewritten, single-spaced, including <br />maps, tables, charts, etc., but not including the PIQ report and summaries <br />requested by sections 5.4.1 through 5.4.3. The PIQ report and summaries can <br />be either bound separately or appended to the Phase I report. <br /> <br />Thirty-five draft copies of the Phase I report will be sub- <br />mitted in standard size (8 1/2" x 11" paper) three-ring looseleaf binders <br />of sufficient widths to ensure the entire report is in a single binder. <br />Fifteen copies will be delivered to the Chief, Colorado River Water Quality <br />Office, Code D-1000, Engineering and Research Center, P.O. Box 25007, Denver, <br />Colorado 80225. Twenty copies will be delivered to the Grand Junction Pro~ects <br />Office, 764 Horizon Drive, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501. Upon receipt of <br />the drafts, Water and Power will have 45 days to review and provide comments. <br />If corrections or modifications are necessary, the contractor will have <br />30 days to modify his draft after receipt of Water and Power's comments. <br />Twenty-five copies of the final Phase I report will be delivered to the <br />Grand Junction Projects Office at the end of this time period. <br /> <br />D-ll <br />
