. . 5.4.2 Public Participation Meeting For the public participation meeting described in section 5.3.3.1, the contractor will be required to array and present to the public the information requested by section 5.3.2.2 as illustrated by examples 1 and 2. The summary material to be presented will be made available to Water and Power 30 days prior to the meeting. In addition to a verbal presentation, summaries of the material presented should be made available for distribution at the meeting. One hundred copies of this material will be required for the Public Participation Meeting. The contractor will have qualified representa- tives at this meeting to explain and answer questions about the alternative plans. 5.4.3 Plan Selection Meeting For this meeting the contractor will make available to Water and Power and be prepared to present to the public the information requested in section 5.3.4.2. Summaries of the material to be distributed at the meeting should be made available to Water and Power 20 days prior to the meeting. One hundred copies of this material will be required for the Plan Selection Meeting. Contractor representation as required for section 5.4.2 is also required for this meeting. 5.4.4 Phase I Report Upon completion of Phase I investigations as determined by Water and Power, the contractor will prepare and submit to Water and Power within 50 days a draft report, which will incorporate results of all Phase I activities into a single volume. Water and Power will provide the contractor an outline 90 days after award of contract. It is anticipated that the report would total approximately 150 pages, typewritten, single-spaced, including maps, tables, charts, etc., but not including the PIQ report and summaries requested by sections 5.4.1 through 5.4.3. The PIQ report and summaries can be either bound separately or appended to the Phase I report. Thirty-five draft copies of the Phase I report will be sub- mitted in standard size (8 1/2" x 11" paper) three-ring looseleaf binders of sufficient widths to ensure the entire report is in a single binder. Fifteen copies will be delivered to the Chief, Colorado River Water Quality Office, Code D-1000, Engineering and Research Center, P.O. Box 25007, Denver, Colorado 80225. Twenty copies will be delivered to the Grand Junction Pro~ects Office, 764 Horizon Drive, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501. Upon receipt of the drafts, Water and Power will have 45 days to review and provide comments. If corrections or modifications are necessary, the contractor will have 30 days to modify his draft after receipt of Water and Power's comments. Twenty-five copies of the final Phase I report will be delivered to the Grand Junction Projects Office at the end of this time period. D-ll
