<br />3.3.5 <br /> <br />SUPPORTING DATA AND OTHER INFORMATION <br /> <br />3.3.5.1 PRIOR EXPERIENCE - This section should detail <br />previous experience, if any, the offeror's organization has had on similar <br />investigations. If these investigations were performed under Government <br />contract, list the contract title, number, cost, agency, and name and <br />telephone number of point of contract. <br /> <br />3.3.5.2 SUBCONTRACTING - Detail the amount and extent <br />of subcontracting to be utilized. <br /> <br />3.3.5.3. PURCHASES - Itemize the equipment and materials <br /> <br />to be purchased. <br /> <br />3.3.5.4 TRAVEL - Estimate the <br />include origin, destination, and number of trips. <br />of and the need for the proposed travel. <br /> <br />amount of travel required; <br />Substantiate the purpose <br /> <br />4. INSTRUCTION FOR PREPARING COST PROPOSALS <br /> <br />4.1 GENERAL - Cost Proposals are to be submitted in separate, <br />detachable, and unclassified form so the offeror's Technical Proposal can <br />be evaluated solely upon the basis of technical merit, independent of <br />dollar values. Submit Cost Proposals in six copies bound in three-ring <br />looseleaf notebooks. <br /> <br />Clear, concise, and accurate cost proposals reflect the offeror's <br />financial plan for accomplishing the effort contained in the Technical <br />Proposal. Failure to provide adequate cost data in acceptable format may <br />delay consideration of the proposal or may result in the proposal being <br />declared nonresponsive. <br /> <br />Form OF-60 is a general form used in negotiated contracts for <br />Government procurements. The provisions and blocks may not necessarily <br />be applicable to every facet of this procurement. However, the offeror <br />is expected to apply a conscientious effort to detail the elements of the Cost <br />Proposal into the form. The adequacy of the Cost Proposal will be used as a <br />measure of the management skill of the offeror, and will be considered <br />in the evaluation. <br /> <br />4.2 FORMAT - The prospective contractor must submit the Cost Proposal <br />on the attached Form OF-60 with supporting schedules. <br /> <br />4.3 FORM OF-60 <br /> <br />4.3.1 DETAIL - Each proposal must include all the pertinent <br />details as to cost estimate as required by the "Instructions to Offerors" <br />and "Footnotes" on Form OF-60, inclusive of identification of support data <br />on "Exhibit A" which appears on the reverse side of the attached Form OF-60. <br /> <br />C-3 <br />
