Statement indicating comprehension of Water and Power's <br />requirements <br />d. Response to work statement <br />e. Professional qualifications and capabilities <br />f. Physical and technical resources <br />g. Supporting data and other information <br /> <br />3.3 SPECIFIC CONTENT <br /> <br />3.3.1 <br />REQUIREMENTS - <br />the objectives <br />the following: <br /> <br />STATEMENT INDICATING COMPREHENSION OF WATER AND POWER'S <br />This section shall demonstrate that the offeror understands <br />of the contract, and contain, as a minimum, a discussion of <br /> <br />a. The relationship of this program to the Colorado <br />River Water Quality Improvement Program. <br />b. Familiarity with Water and Power procedures and their <br />application to this program. <br />c. Evidence concerning familiarity with the study area. <br /> <br />3.3.2 RESPONSE TO WORK STATEMENT - This section should contain <br />specific responses to the requirements of the Work Statement. <br /> <br />3.3.3 PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND CAPABILITIES - This section <br />shall identify specific personnel to be assigned for direct work on the <br />project and as direct technical supervisors; the relationship of this program <br />to the overall company structure and the function and responsibilities of <br />major subcontractors; and contain as a minimum the following: <br /> <br />a. Education, background, publications, and other <br />pertinent information concerning personnel specified. <br />b. Estimated man-months each individual will be used <br />in the work. (No costs of these man-months are to <br />be quoted in the Technical Proposal). <br />c. Identity of specific additional personnel required for <br />full employment, subcontract, or consultation with <br />source from which they will be obtained. Statement <br />of assurance that proposed additional personnel will <br />be available for work on this contract as specified <br />in the proposal. Alternative personnel sources <br />should be listed if assurances of availability cannot <br />be stated. Include a full resume of all additional <br />personnel listed. <br /> <br />3.3.4 PHYSICAL AND TECHNICAL RESOURCES - This section should <br />include a statement of available plant, laboratory, equipment, and test <br />facilities proposed for use on the project. <br /> <br />C-2 <br />
