About four miles of this pipeline have been completed to <br />date. <br /> <br />Measurements of the discharge at the mine since 1978 indicate the flow has ranged <br />from a low of about 0.19 efs to over 0.7 cfs. The flow at the mine is then reduced by a <br />15 percent stream transit loss from the mine to. the mouth of Bear Creek.
