Logan and the 8,700-acre-foot Parachute Reservoirs. Feeder <br /> <br />canals are required as both reservoir sites are offstream. Water re- <br /> <br />leases yould be made for irrigation and municipal and industrial uses. <br /> <br />The Sharrard Park area of the project yould be served by tyO pump lifts <br />from the Colorado River yith the initial lift originating 'at the end of <br />a canal to be constructed qy non-Federal interests. <br /> <br />Water supply and plan formulation studies are in progress for the <br /> <br />Grand Mesa Project. Topographic maps of the Electric Mountain service <br /> <br />canal location are being received from the contractor but some of these <br /> <br />are being returned for correction and better delineation of physical fea- <br /> <br />tures. A proposed feasibility report is scheduled for completion late <br />in FY 1968. <br />Investigations of the Yelloy Jacket Project are proceeding about <br />on schedule. Drafts of Project Lands and Drainage appendixes have been <br /> <br />completed and are being revieyed. Design data are being assembled for <br /> <br />all project features. Work is continuing on the Plan Formulation, Water <br /> <br />Supply, and Agricultural Economy Appendixes. A proposed feasibility <br />report is scheduled for completion this fiscal year. <br />Feasibility i~vestigations are continuing on the Upper Gunnison <br />Project. Field york on land classification yas completed last summer <br /> <br />for all areas except the Cochetopa Creek area noy being classified. <br /> <br />About 75 percent of the office york transferring land areas from photo- <br /> <br /> <br />graphs to office sheets yas completed last yinter. In addition to land <br /> <br /> <br />classification and drainage, some york is being ,accomplished on plan <br /> <br /> <br />formulation and yater supply studies. <br /> <br />7 <br />
