The report <br />includes information on the flood hazard areas for Behymer <br />Lake, a portion of Dry Creek, Alluvial Drain and Pup Creek. <br /> <br />Las Vegas Wash and Tributaries <br /> <br />A draft of the study report has been completed and final <br />review is being made. The final report will be available for <br />distribution early in 1979. <br /> <br />RESOURCE CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT (RC&D) <br /> <br />Cocopai RC&D Area <br /> <br />Dead Horse Ranch State Park Measure: Two separate bid openings <br />were held. No responsive bids were received. The sponsors <br />plan to withdraw from the project. <br /> <br />Bard-Kirkland Land Stabilization Measure: Measure is near <br />completion and is being constructed with funds granted by <br />the Four Corners Regional Commission. No SCS assistance was <br />provided on the final design or for construction inspection. <br /> <br />Rio de Flag Measure: The measure is no longer viable. <br /> <br />Coronado RC&D Area <br /> <br />Willcox Water Based Recreation Measure: The city of Willcox <br />has withdrawn as sponsors of the project. <br /> <br />Hohokam RC&D Area <br /> <br />Beardsley Farm Irrigation Measure: Construction started on <br />this canal lining measure in January 1978. Complete installa- <br />tion will be stretched over a five-year period.
