(underline added) <br /> <br />In accordance with the above criteria, the Fryingpan River near Norrie <br />will have a minimum flow in excess of 30 ft3/s from April 1 to September <br />These flows will range from 65 ft3/s to 200 ft3/s. Insofar as using <br />excess water in the streams for oil shale development is concerned, <br />the Ruedi Reservoir conservation storage capacity was deeigned to <br />accommodate future potential uses of water in the western slope area. <br />In low flow periods when the natural flows are le88 than these minimum <br />flows, no diversions will be made. <br /> <br />10.
