Among resolutions passed at the meeting <br />were one supporting appropriations for Jones Hole and Delta Hatcheries <br />and another proposing re-evaluation of Reclamation's construction pro- <br />gram on the Lower Colorado River. <br /> <br />At Havasu Lake Refuge in Arizona, the Bureau of Reclamation dredge <br />started construction of the dike in the Topock Marsh during April. A <br />des ign for a water control structure has been completed and design con- <br />curred in by both the Bureau of Reclamation and Bureau of Sport Fisheries <br />and Wildlife. The Bureau of Reclamation plans to accept bids for this <br />structure in late May. <br /> <br />$"'4'~~~; <br /> <br />ii:~~ <br /> <br />Sto cki ng act ivit ies on the Colo rado River below <br />from Hoover Darn to Needles, are continuing. <br /> <br />Glen Canyon Dam, and <br /> <br />Activities of the Branch of Fishery Management Services during the <br />quarter have cons isted primarily in managing the fishery program on <br />23 Indian reservations, 18 military defense areas, 3 national parks, 5 <br />nat ional refuges, and other miscellaneous areas, as well as activities of <br />the three cooperative fishery units located at the Colorado State Univer- <br />sity, Utah St~te Univers ity, and the University of Arizona. <br /> <br />BSF&W reports have been, or will be, completed on the following water- <br />resource projects during this quarterly reporting period: <br /> <br />Application for Right-of-Way C-OIZ4073, Tailings Ponds <br />and Reservoirs, American Metal Climax, Inc., and <br />City of Golden, Colorado (BLM). <br />Bear River Project, Utah and Idaho (BR). <br />Costilla Project, Colorado and New Mexico (BR). <br />Flagstaff Project, Arizona-Colorado River Diversion Projects, <br />Five Northern .
