<br />Thereafter, releases would be made as requil'ed to fill the reservoir to 154,600
<br />acrc-feet by July 31. Releases for downstream requirements during August and
<br />September would leave near normal carryover storage at the end of the water
<br />year. Anticipated diversion of 40,000 acre-feet from the Blue Hivcr by Denver
<br />and Colorado Springs would cause about 8 gigawatt hours of power interference
<br />to Green Mountain Powerplant.

<br />Colorado River. Thereafter, as with most probable runoff, all water in excess

<br />totaling 297,000 acre-feet would be made to the Colorado- Big Thompson project.
<br />Adams Tunnel diversions would average 450 c. f. s. during February. March,
<br />and the remaining 18 days of April after Pole Hill Powerplant maintenance.
<br />Thereafter, tunnel diversions would average about 400 c. f. s. during the remain-
<br />der of the year. Both Carter Lake and Horsetooth Reservoirs would reach
<br />maximum seasonal storage content by the end of May - 109,000 and 138,000
