LARGE OR SUDDEN RELEASES INTO THE DOWNSTREAM CHANNEL <br /> <br />Notify the Chama Field Division office and/or URGBP office; Water and <br /> <br />Power personnel contacted will notify the following agencies: <br /> <br />a. Conejos Water Conservancy District, Manassa, Colorado; <br /> <br />b. Colorado State Engineer, Alamosa, Colorado; and <br /> <br />c. Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque, New Mexico. <br /> <br />15. FISH AND WILDLIFE LOSSES <br /> <br />a. Determine description of loss, species, numbers, location, <br /> <br />possibility of further losses, possible cause, and any other pertinent <br /> <br />information. <br /> <br />b. Contact the Chama Field Division and/or the URGBP office, <br /> <br />giving details; Water and Power personnel contacted will notify the <br /> <br />Department of Game and Fish, State of Colorado. <br /> <br />16. DROWNING, MAJOR ACCIDENT, OR CRIMINAL ACTION <br /> <br />If a drowning, major accident, or criminal action occurs, obtain <br /> <br />the pertinent details and: <br /> <br />a. Notify the Chama Field Division and/or URGBP office, <br /> <br />giving details. <br /> <br />b. Water and Power personnel contacted will notify the <br /> <br />appropriate law enforcement officials: <br /> <br />A-28 <br /> <br />....
