Information <br /> <br />to be reported should include: <br /> <br />a. Current reservoir water surface elevation; <br /> <br />b. Observed rise rate of the water surface; <br /> <br />c. Weather conditions in the vicinity--past, present, and <br /> <br />predicted; and <br /> <br />d. The discharge conditions upstream and downstream from the <br /> <br />reservoir, and <br /> <br />e. The discharge conditions at Mogote, San Antonio, and <br /> <br />Lasauses gaging stations. <br /> <br />Flow releases through the outlet works and storage in the reservoir <br /> <br />during flood periods are made as instructed by the Corps of Engineers <br /> <br />as provided in the "Platoro Reservoir Flood Control Regulations Manual" <br /> <br />unless safety of the structure required additional releases as <br /> <br />determined by the projects office. <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />The plan of regulation of flood control requires that the reservoir be <br /> <br />operated in such a manner as to control, insofar as possible, the flow <br /> <br />A-13 <br /> <br /><.>, <br /> <br />- <br />
