<br />'. ,',. <br /> <br />c.. <br />. ~ <br />~ <br />C'" <br />CJ <br /> <br />'-'....\ <br /> <br />\., <br /> <br /> <br />Responsibility of Chama Field Division: <br /> <br />(1) Establish, if necessary, and maintain contact with URGBP <br /> <br />(:-, office, and <br /> <br />(2) Issue interim instructions, if necessary, while establishing <br /> <br />communications with Projects Superintendent. <br /> <br />The individual in the office receiving the information shall: <br /> <br />(1) Inform the Projects Superintendent and appropriate personnel <br /> <br />in the projects office of the situation, and <br /> <br />(2) Confirm communication reliability with the Dam Tender. <br /> <br />The Project Superintendent and staff shall: <br /> <br />(1) Determine severity of the emergency; <br /> <br />(2) Instruct the Dam Tender regarding immediate corrective or <br /> <br />preventive actions to take; <br /> <br />(3) Initiate any actions to be taken by the Chama Field Division and <br /> <br />(4) Contact appropriate personnel in the Water Management Branch <br /> <br />in the regional office, Amarillo, Texas. <br /> <br />The Chief, Water Management Branch, and appropriate staff in regional <br /> <br />office shall: <br /> <br />A-3 <br /> <br />- <br />
