The accuracy of all laboratory analyses <br />shall be guaranteed by the contractor. <br /> <br />Prior to incorporation of the material in the work, a <br />1.quart sample for each 10,OOO-gallon quantity, or <br />fraction thereof, will be obtained by the Government <br />at the jobsite for testing purposes. Although use of the <br />asphaltic' materials will be permitted upon presentation <br />of the properly certified analysis, such usage shall be at <br />the risk of SUbsequent rejection should .the <br />Government's test results indicate' failure of', the <br />materiats to conform with the specifications <br />requirements.
