Failure to include any element of the work will not release Contractor from completing <br />all required work under the contract. <br /> <br />D. Performance will be evaluated by the Government using CPM schedules. <br /> <br />E. Upon request, provide all information and data used to develop and maintain the <br />Construction Program to the Contracting Officer. <br /> <br />F. Include contract title, contract number, and Contractor's name on each sheet. <br /> <br />G. Include table of abbreviations used in the schedule, listed and defined alphabetically. <br /> <br />H. Use a computer software program to perform a mathematical analysis of the scheduling <br />data. <br /> <br />I. Use only finish to start logic relationships between activities. Do not use <br />negative lead or lag times. <br /> <br />2. Use durations in units of whole workdays. <br /> <br />3. Provide best estimate of time required to complete the activity considering the <br />quantity of work and planned resources for the activity. <br /> <br />4. Equate durations of Government reviews and other identified actions to the <br />maximum number of calendar days specified in their respective paragraphs. <br /> <br />5. Establish workday calendar(s) and use these in the mathematical analysis to <br />translate the activity's workday duration into calendar dates. <br /> <br />I. Baseline Schedule: <br /> <br />I. Represents Contractor's as-planned approach to accomplishing the work. Do not <br />include actual start dates, percent completes, or actual finish dates. <br /> <br />2. Include interim milestone dates, Government interface dates, contract completion <br />date, and other time constraints specified in the contract documents. <br /> <br />3. For each activity, display identification number, description, duration, early start <br />date, early finish date, total float, and calendar identification. <br /> <br />J. Updated Schedule: <br /> <br />I. Meet monthly with Contracting Officer's Representatives at Government's project <br />office to review progress made to the end date of the progress payment period. <br /> <br />a. Establish dates that activities were started and completed and remaining <br />duration for each activity started but not completed during the period. <br /> <br />b. Discuss and mutually agree upon changes in logic and schedule, <br /> <br />c. Update schedule and Construction Program database with mutually agreed <br />upon changes. <br /> <br />2.
