Proposed revised schedule due to the change or delay with added, <br />changed, or deleted activities highlighted. <br /> <br />c. Table comparing results of two mathematical analyses. <br /> <br />1.05 QUALIFICATIONS <br /> <br />A. Representative: Employee experienced in developing and maintaining construction <br />schedules. <br /> <br />1.06 SCHEDULES AND TIME IMPACT ANALYSIS <br /> <br />A. Develop, maintain, and use approved Construction Program to plan, monitor, and <br />evaluate, and report accomplishment of work. <br /> <br />B. Prepare Construction Program using Critical Path Method, under concepts and methods <br />outlined in AGC Manual. <br /> <br />I <br />l <br /> <br />Use the Precedence Diagramming Method (PDM) in preparing the CPM <br />networked schedule. <br /> <br />2. Prepare detailed activity network for accomplishing required work. <br /> <br />3. All activities except "Award" shall have predecessor activities and all activities <br />except "Contract Complete" shall have successor activities. <br /> <br />4. Meet contract requirements; milestone(s) in accordance with the clause at FAR <br />52.211-10 - Commencement, Prosecution, and Completion of. Work; and funding <br />constraints in accordance with the clause at WBR 1452.232-80 - Limitation of <br />Funds. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />5. Prepare schedule based on required sequence and interdependence of activities. <br /> <br />6. Include work of subcontractors, Government interfaces, and contract milestones. <br /> <br />7. Adjust Construction Program/Schedule for seasonal weather conditions. <br /> <br />8. Define activities to a level of detail resulting in their durations being no greater <br />than 15 workdays or 20 shifts unless otherwise accepted by Contracting Officer. <br /> <br />a. Durations for administrative activities (e.g" submittals and reviews, <br />fabrication, manufacturing), or other specific activities identified in the <br />contract will not be subject to the l5-workday or 20-shift limitation. <br /> <br />b.
