Developing Baseline Schedule: Include cost in lump sum price offered in the schedule <br />for mobilization and preparatory work. <br /> <br />B. Updating and Using Construction Program: Include cost as an element of Contractor's <br />overhead. <br /> <br />1.02 REFERENCES <br /> <br />A. Schedule: The Critical Path Method of planning and scheduling a construction project <br />where activities are arranged based on activity relationships and network calculations <br />determine when activities can be performed and the critical path of the project. <br /> <br />B. Project Calendar: Cross reference of numerical work days with calendar days. The <br />project calendar serves as the basis for the day/date conversion and assigns work days, <br />rest days, and holidays. <br /> <br />C. Resources: Equipment, labor or crews, materials, subcontractors, fabricators, <br />manufacturers, and consultants. <br /> <br />1.04 SUBMITTALS <br /> <br />A.
