The Estes-Foothills Aqueduot and Power System (Sheet 5, Exhibit C), <br /> <br />formerly known as Power Canals Nos. 2, 3 and 4, and the Carter Lake Supply <br /> <br />Canal, extends east from Olympus Dam, looated about one mile Rnd one-half east <br /> <br />or downstream from Eatea Park Village to Carter Lake Reservoir Inlst and in- <br /> <br />oludes the Big Thompson Power Plant located on the Big Thompson River near the <br /> <br />oanyon entranoe, all works being looatsd in Larimer County, Colorado.
