The Estes Park Aqued~ot and Power Syetem, formerly known as
Power Condu1t No.1 (Sheet 4, Exhibit C), extend. from the east or outlet
portal of the Alva B. Adams Tunnel to the B1~ Thompson River about one-half
mile east or downstream from Estes Park V111age, all works being in Larimer
County, Colorado. This aqueduot transports .estern slope water from 8aid
tunnel portel to said river, generating hydro-eleotrio power at the Marys
Lake Power Plant (No. lA) and the Estes Power Plant (No.1)' enroute.
