Tr.e Green Mountain ~aservoir and the said hydro- <br /> <br />eleotric po~r plant are an integral part.of the Colora~o-Big Thompson <br /> <br />Project, for irriGation and po\~r, for regulating the flow and stabilizing <br /> <br />tho Colorado River, for conpensating and for replacement of water for appro- <br /> <br />priators below, and will be so operated. These struotures have been ,ccm- <br /> <br />pleted, and the water thereby stored has been and now is being applied to <br /> <br />the said benefioial uses. <br /> <br />2. Colorado River Improvements for the preservation of present <br /> <br />and future water rights on the Colorado River between Granby Dam and the con- <br /> <br />flue nee of the :Slue and Colorado Ri VerB. <br /> <br />3. The Granby Reservoir, in Grand County, Colorado, created by a <br /> <br />dam across the Colorado River for accumulation of water fro~ the Colorado <br /> <br />River and its tributaries, either direct or diverted flows. <br /> <br />4. Western Slope Feeder Canals consistLng of: <br /> <br />(a) Willow Creek Canal (Sheet 3, Exhibit C) in Grand <br />County, Colorado, of 250 cubia feet per second <br />capacity, diverting water of Willow Crsek near <br />Dexter, and interaepted streams, and carrying <br />the same into said Granby Rsservoir. <br /> <br />(b) MeadOW and Strawberry Creeks and Walden Hollow <br />Diversion Canal in Grand Coun~y, to divert <br />\vaters from said oreeks and depressions and <br />intercepted streams on its oourse and carrying <br />the sarne into Granby Reservo:lr. <br /> <br />(0) Williams Diversion Canal (Sheet 2, 3, E.xhibit 0) <br />in Grand County, Colorado, to divert waters from <br />Middle Fork Creek, Steelman Creek, Bobtail Creek <br />and ~cQu6ery Creek, and their tributaries, all <br />of which ere tributaries of the Williams River <br />to St. Louis Creek, a tributary of the Fraser <br />River, also the waters from Keyser end Hull <br />Creeks, tributaries of the Williams River, to <br />Crocked Creek, a tributary of the Fraser River. <br /> <br />(d) Ranch Creek Reservoir, Dam and Cenal (Sheet ), Ex- <br />hibit C) in Grand County, Colorsdo, to intercert, <br />store ann divert water from 4(0) above, and from <br />the Fra~er River end its other tributarias, Pole, <br />Crooked, and St. Louis, end other named and unnamed <br />c."eeks, tributaries of the Fraser River at or up streem <br />fro~ this point, or water from tributariea to the <br />Fraser River below Ranch Creek Reservoir near <br />Tabernash and above the diversion point of the Fraser <br />River Canal or water intercepted by the canal, in <br />dclivering said waters to Granby Reservoir. <br /> <br />2663 <br />
