<br />002J94 <br /> <br />that will cause the Contractor to exceed the Contract amount. <br /> <br />(b) The Contractor may not issue a change order to a construction subcontractor <br />that will cause the Contractor to exceed the Contract performance period. <br /> <br />(c) The Contractor may not issue to a construction subcontractor a change order <br />that is a significant departure from the scope or objective of the project. <br /> <br />9. The Contractor shall provide to Reclamation progress and financial status reports as <br />follows: <br /> <br />(a) Construction Schedule. A construction schedule shall be used for progress <br />reporting. The schedule shall be updated and submitted monthly. <br /> <br />(I) Construction schedules for complex features, as identified in each <br />individual Construction Contract, shall utilize Critical Path Method (CPM) <br />scheduling concepts and methods. The schedule shall be based on a required <br />sequence and interdependence of activities and computer software shall be <br />utilized to perform mathematical analyses of the schedule data. The specific <br />requirements for CPM construction schedules will be included in the Construction <br />Contracts requiring CPM scheduling. <br /> <br />(2) Construction schedules for less complex features, as identified in each <br />individual Construction Contract, shall utilize a progress chart. The chart shall <br />show the order in which the Contractor proposes to perform the work and the <br />dates on which the Contractor contemplates starting and completing the salient <br />features of the work (including acquiring materials, plant, and equipment). The <br />specific requirements for progress chart construction schedules will be included in <br />the Construction Contracts requiring progress chart scheduling. <br /> <br />(b) A progress payment request, as identified in Subsection I, shall be used for <br />reporting financial status. Payment requests shall be submitted monthly. <br /> <br />10. The Contractor agrees to provide a copy of its single-agency audit report directly to <br />Reclamation. <br /> <br />11. The Contractor shall maintain on the job-site or project office, and make available to <br />Reclamation during monitoring visits: contracts, major subcontracts, modifications, construction <br />documents, change orders, shop drawings, equipment cut sheets, inspection reports, testing <br />reports, and current redline drawings. <br /> <br />JO <br />
