Technical proposal items: <br /> <br />(a) Materials handling plan, including excavation methods and sequences, <br />stockpile plan, Zone 1 moisture conditioning, slope protection installation <br />methods, borrow materials supply demands, and haul road locations and patterns. <br /> <br />(b) Dewatering specialists experience. <br /> <br />(c) Foundation dewatering plan. <br /> <br />(d) Grouting subcontractor's experience. <br /> <br />(e) Drin and blaster's experience. <br /> <br />(f) Test blast and typical production blast plan. <br /> <br />(g) RCC plant specifications (slope protection). <br /> <br />(h) Tunnel excavation subcontractor's experience. <br /> <br />(i) Excavation plan, including the sequence of construction for the gate chamber. <br /> <br />(j) Waste stockpile size and locations and haul roads and patterns. <br /> <br />(k) Materials handling plan for Borrow Area B, including plant layout, access, <br />stockpile size and locations, waste areas, and erosion provisions. <br /> <br />(I) Materials processing consultants experience. <br /> <br />(m) Materials processing plant specifications. <br /> <br />(n) Critical Path Method schedule, including resources. <br /> <br />D. Durango Pumping Plant, Stage 2.
