recommendations for improvement of the operation of these structures.
Modified input data sets for the transmountain diversions for the baseline scenarios
to reflect the strategy agreed on by CRDSS management. Re-simulation of the
baseline scenario would be performed.
Draft and final documentation through modifications to the Phase II documentation.

Schedule:
Given Mr. Bethel's 20 hour per week time commitment to the CRDSS Project, it is
anticipated that the above work would be performed over the course of 3 weeks from April
28 through May 16.

Subtask LR-2e Enhancements to Colorado River Model to Allow Improved Modeling of RIP RAP
flow related items,

Obiective:

To make selected enhancements to the Phase II Colorado River Model (calculated
and baseline scenarios) to facilitate alternative investigations related to the effect on
15 mile reach flows from potential flow related actions of the Endangered Fish
Recovery Implementation Program-Recovery Action Plan (RIPRAP).

Scope of Work
2e I Based on review of information provided by the CWCB and the current modeling
environment, formulate and describe in writing recommendations on how the following
features could be effectively modeled in the calculated and baseline scenarios of the Phase II
Colorado River Basin model. Each feature will be able to be turned on or off as described
in the associated documentation.
I, Reflection of the Orchard Mesa Check case settlement in the baseline
scenano. This will likely involve only data changes such as:
adding an aggregated demand tied to the historic users pool in
Green Mountain Reservoir
adding a new reservoir account and bookover provisions to
the allow for nonconsumptive use of the surplus water of the
