<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Page #5 <br /> <br />The amount of water claimed for ' direct flow and <br />storage is 1600 c.f.s., the right being asserted to <br />divert all or any part of the 1600 c.f.s. from the <br />Blue River or Ten Mile Creek, or to divert a part, not <br />to exceed 800 c.f.s., from the Snake. In this connection <br />it should be noted that the capacity of the proposed <br />tunnel and of the feeder canal from Ten Mile is 1600 c.f.s. <br />The capacity of the proposed feeder tunnel from the Snake <br />is 800 c.f.s. <br /> <br />In regard to storage, a claim is asserted for Dillon <br />Reservoir. The survey of this reservoir is alleged to <br />be incomplete, but it is said that it will be a channel <br />reservoir with the easterly end at a point whence the <br />east quarter corner of Section 18, Township 5 South, <br />Range 77 West bears South 590 00' East, 5507.7 feet. <br />The capacity of the proposed reservoir at elevation 9013 <br />feet, will be 252,678 a.f. <br /> <br />The claim asserts that the following filings have <br />been made with the State Engineer: <br /> <br />No. 13758 on May 31, 1923 <br />No. 14837 on October 19, '1927 <br />No. 14894 in January, 19~ <br />No. 17267 on November 14, 1942 <br /> <br />The total storage claimed for the project is 1,053,959 <br />a.f. Of this amount 266,281 a.f. is by exchange in the <br />following reservoirs: <br /> <br />Cheeseman <br />Eleven Mile <br />Marston <br />Antero <br /> <br />79,000 a.f. <br />81,917 a.f. <br />19,800 a.f. <br />85,564 a.f. <br /> <br />The remaining 787,678 a.f. are for storage in the following <br />reservoirs: <br /> <br />Dillon <br />Two Forks <br />Grant <br />Esterbrook <br />Strontia <br />Waterton <br /> <br />252,678 a.f. <br />480,000 a.f. <br />5,000 a.f. <br />5,000 a.f. <br />25,000 a.f. <br />20,000 a.f. <br /> <br />~S-26' <br />
