This filing also states that the <br /> <br /> <br />reservoir is an integral part of the Dewer !1unicipal Water Works System, <br /> <br /> <br />various parts of which have been heretofore shown in filings. <br /> <br /> <br />The filing for the Williams Fork PNJer Conduit, No. 20636, is dated <br /> <br /> <br />February 27, 1956 and states that the carrying capacity of the conduit is 440 <br /> <br /> <br />cubic feet per second. <br /> <br /> <br />Attached to this memorandum are copies of pertinent statements which <br /> <br /> <br />appear in these filings. <br /> <br /> <br />A status report on the Cliffs-Divide project was made available by <br /> <br /> <br />the Bureau of Reclamation in February 1954. One of the potential projects <br /> <br /> <br />described in this report was the Parshall Unit, ,lhich would use water from the <br /> <br /> <br />Williams Fork. This unit is planned to bring ,later to 27,510 acres, inclUding <br /> <br /> <br />3,100 acres presently irrigated, on loJilliams River, Little Huddy Creek and the <br /> <br /> <br />lower east side of Blue River. It is estimated by the Bureau that it would <br /> <br /> <br />provide an average of about 69,000 acre feet armually for these lands. One <br /> <br /> <br />of its features would be the potential Ute Park Reservoir, ,lhich would be <br /> <br /> <br />situated above the Williams Fork Reservoir ar~ have a storage capacity of <br /> <br /> <br />about 40,000 acre feet. The earth and rock fill dam would be 191 feet above <br /> <br />0'153 <br />
