<br />)' <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Eighth: Water stored in this reservoir will be used in part by releas- <br />ing the same back into the channel of the Williams Fork River for regulating <br />the flow of said stream and of the Colorado River into which it flOl'ls in con- <br />nection ,lith the diversion of ;,ater from various tributaries of the Colorado <br />River by means of transmountain tunnels or ditches constructed or to be con- <br />structed through or aver the Continental Divide, between the, ;,atershed of <br />the Colorado River and the watershed of the South Platte River, and in con- <br />nection with regulatinG use of water of tributaries of the Colorado River among <br />themselves, and in connection with all purposes related to the decree of the <br />United States District Court for the District of Colorado in consolidated cases <br />numbered 2782, 5016, and 5017 heretofore filed in the office of the State En- <br />gineer in book of decrees for Water District No. 36, Irrigation Division No. 5 <br />at pages 1009 to 1093, and as SllOwn on the filing for the Williams Fork <br />Reservoir Power Conduit filed on the same date as this filing. Waters <br />of the Williams Fork River and stored water released from time to time <br />from said reservoir will be used for the generation of hydroelectric <br />energy by means of a pen stock, pOller plant, and appurtenant works <br />located in and belo;, the dam. <br /> <br />Ninth: The unit which is the subj ect of this filing is an <br />integral part of the Denver Municipal "later Works System, various parts <br />of whidh have been heretofore shoW11 in filings in the office of .the State <br />Engineer numbered 13455, 13456, 13758, 14837, 1963, 13263, 14615, 14609, <br />14894, 16051, 15749, 16011, 17267 and 17597, and also shown on the filing <br />for the Williams Fork Reservoir Power Conduit filed on the same date as <br />this filing. <br /> <br />Accepted for filing in the office of the State Engineer of <br />Colorado on the 27th day of February A.
