ADL's team of economic specialists will be utilized <br />in this study. <br /> <br />A group of 10 independent experts representing the various <br /> <br /> <br />disciplines required to perform this study, including economics. <br /> <br />socio.economics, engineering, law and others have been assembled <br /> <br />as part of the consulting team to be used in an advisory capacity. <br /> <br />Engineering Enterprises of Norman, Okla. and William F. Guyton and <br /> <br /> <br />Associates and S. A. Garza Engineers, Inc.. both of Austin will <br /> <br /> <br />also provide services to the study effort. <br /> <br />The project director will be Harvey O. Banks, President <br /> <br /> <br />of the Water Resources Division of COM. Banks is an inter- <br /> <br />nationally recognized consultant7 known for his work in water <br /> <br />and related resource planning and management. He was director <br /> <br /> <br />of the State of California's water agency responsible for <br /> <br /> <br />planning7 financing and implementing a water plan for that <br /> <br /> <br />state which includes the transfer of large quanti ties of water <br /> <br />from northern to southern Cal ifornia, and is now in "'Operation. <br /> <br />~ <br />
