This work has been done at the <br /> <br />Sponsor's expense. Reclamation's role is to verify and edit the input, <br /> <br />incorporate other data and information, and produce a draft and final EA. <br /> <br />The EA will be reviewed by affected agencies, state and local governments, the <br /> <br />general public and other interested parties. <br /> <br />A public involvement program, which is discussed in Section 3.
