The <br />Division Engineer should initial this memo as reflecting his thoughts. <br /> <br />Subtask 3.04 Add Aggregated Structures to Network <br /> <br />Objective: Formalize addition of the aggregated irrigation structures, as identified in Task 3,03, <br />to the model. <br /> <br />Prerequisite: State review of Task 3.03; Division Engineer review of Task 3.03 <br /> <br />Approach: <br />1. Boyle: Add aggregation nodes and structures to the .net file, incorporating review <br />comments from the State and the Division Engineer. <br />2, Boyle: Run makenet to generate a line diagram showing the aggregated structures <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />1. A model network (,net and ,rin) file that has incorporated aggregated irrigation structures <br />(id and name). <br />2, An 11 "xl?" line diagram of the new model network <br /> <br />Subtask 3.05 Define Water Right Classes <br /> <br />Objective: Define approximately 10 classes or divisions of the domain of water right <br />administration numbers, such that water rights within a chiss may be administered <br />together in the model. Thus class divisions should be selected judiciously to reduce <br />error introduced by allocating water to a right under a class-average administration <br />number rather than the right's actual priority, <br /> <br />Prerequisite: Watright will be enhanced to produce a plot file showing cumulative water right <br />decreed amounts by water right administration number. <br /> <br />Approach: <br />1, Boyle: Use watright to generate listing of net absolute water rights in a basin, use <br />Statemod to generate list of structures modeled in Phase II, and use ARCVIEW to generate <br />list of structures tied to irrigated lands, Import these files to a spreadsheet and generate the <br />a plot of the cumulative net decreed amounts vs, administration number for: <br />. all absolute water rights <br />. absolute water rights explicitly modeled in Phase II model <br /> <br />Phase IlIa Scope of Services <br /> <br />A-30 <br /> <br />June 12, 1996 <br />
